About
The 19th Annual Conference, hosted from Heraklion, Crete, was held online on 18–19 December 2020 via Webex and streamed on YouTube because of the pandemic. It was co-organised by the Postgraduate Programmes of the Department of Accounting and Finance, University of Macedonia, and the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Hellenic Mediterranean University.
The first day was devoted to “Restarting the Economy after the Pandemic: The Key Pillars”. On the second day papers were presented in five virtual rooms, with tracks including FinTech, a PhD session and the panel “Improving Research in Accounting and Finance”.
