The 8th Annual Conference took place on 18–19 December 2009 at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, organised by its Department of Accounting and Finance and chaired by Christos I. Negakis.
The programme comprised 18 sessions, two of them for doctoral candidates, and a panel on standards, the financial crisis and its future implications for the international and Greek economy.
